1. Eligibility for Refund

LustManager provides digital subscription-based services. Because digital services are instantly accessible, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial subscription payment.
  • You must not have heavily used premium services (e.g., completing significant portions of programs, accessing multiple premium resources, etc.).
  • If the subscription service was not delivered as promised due to technical issues from our side.

Refunds will not be issued for cases where the user simply no longer wishes to use the service.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at info@lustmanager.com with your registered email address, transaction details, and the reason for your request.

Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days after approval.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 working days after approval:

  • First, check your bank account or mobile financial service (MFS) account again.
  • Then contact your card issuer bank or MFS provider, as processing may take additional time.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lustmanager.com.

LustManager reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or platform updates. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website. By subscribing to LustManager, you agree to this refund policy.
